This is a quilt that I made for a good friend of mine, Barbara Bradford. It is machine pieced and quilted. The top left and bottom right blocks are called "Quilt Bee". The top right and bottom left blocks are called "Spring Flowers". This quilt is small in size, approximately 40 inches square. I did sew a cloth tube on back so it can be hung, or it can be used as a table decoration or small throw. Barbara was really pleased with it.
The colors don't show up really well in the photo - what looks like white is actually a nice taupe, and the greens all harmonize very well together. |
