"Hardanger Christmas Ornament"
This design is from the magazine "Australian Embroidery & Cross-Stitch", Volume 9 Number 1. It is on 22-count Hardanger fabric in white, stitched in DMC pearl cotton in white, red and green. The beads are Mill Hill. I stitched leaves in blackwork so that the ornament looks the same on the back as the front. Actual size! This took about two hours to stitch on August 28th, 2005.
