"Sweet Christmas" This ornament is from the 2005 Ornament Issue of Just Cross-Stitch magazine. Rather than use plain DMC as charted, I used Needle Necessities 1531 (red), Weeks Dye Works Holly, and white DMC. The two buttons are from Just Another Button Company. The fabric is from a Lakeside Linens hand-dyed linen grab bag. This was a quick stitch on October 13th, 2005. |
"Reach for the Stars" I stitched this in just over four hours. It is stitched on 30-count Murano with The Thread Gatherer "Silk 'N Colors" silk floss. The twisted cording hanger is made from additional silks. It was stitched and finished into a ornament / fob with a light sage fabric which coordinates nicely.

"POP!" This took about three hours. It is stitched on hand-dyed Lakeside Linens. The threads are DMC and Kreinik metallic. It was stitched and finished by me into a ornament / fob with blue star print fabric which coordinates nicely. |
