While not cross-stitch, this is still needlework!  This batik panel was bought at the Quilter's Anonymous show in Monroe this spring 2005.  This is about a week's worth of stitching.  Everywhere you see white will eventually be stitched or beaded.  I'm using a wide variety of threads and beads.

Brad claims he said this was ugly from the beginning, and additional beads and threads aren't helping.  :(  Sooooooo I cut out two of the better fish and will use those in another project, and threw away the rest of it. 

We shall see how it turns out.
